Dan Fredman supports and implements research, development, and evaluation of innovative efficiency programs across the country as part of VEIC’s implementation and consulting services. He has a PhD in Behavioral Economics & Data Science from the University of Vermont where he focused on behavior, technology, and policy issues relating to the smart grid. Prior to joining VEIC, Dan was a sustainability program coordinator at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
