Bradley held ten years of experience in the construction industry, before starting in weatherization in 2007 as an assessor/final inspector. During the ARRA ramp up, Bradley was heavily involved in the training of new assessors and final inspectors. He was most recently the WX coordinator of DuPage County in Illinois where he managed every aspect of the weatherization program from the initial grant application and bid processes to budget reconciliation and closing out the fiscal year. Bradley returned to CEDA in 2016 as the Training and Quality Project Manager. His focus is to monitor the work quality of CEDA’s contractors and to provide training where deficiencies exist. Bradley holds his Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University and currently holds the BPI certificates/certifications for BA, EA, QCI, MFBA, and MFQCI.
