Danielsen Construction & Energy Management (“DCEM”) is owned and operated by Thomas Danielsen, owner and builder.
The company’s specific area of expertise encompasses all aspects of construction and energy efficiency in residential and commercial structures, including: ground up building, remodels, retrofitting, and project management. Specialties include: High performing HVAC, Quality Installed Insulation, air sealing, building envelope testing and analysis. Mr. Danielsen has worked in this capacity for the last 26 years, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and is currently located in the Central Sierra Foothills of California.
Mr. Danielsen and DCEM have provided weatherization services on approximately 400 residential homes in San Joaquin County and Calaveras County. DCEM, under Mr. Danielsen’s direction has provided deep energy retrofits for numerous residential homes and commercial properties in Amador County, Calaveras County, Merced County, San Joaquin County, and San Mateo County over the past fifteen years.
