Todd O'Grady is Director of Outreach for Michigan Saves, a multimillion-dollar nonprofit that finances energy-efficiency projects for homes, businesses, and public institutions. In this role, he coordinates with utility companies, trade associations, financial partners, and other key stakeholders to implement and promote Michigan Saves programs statewide. He handles recruitment and training of over 600 skilled contractors, offering confidential and impartial business counsel. As the leader of quality assurance efforts, Todd ensures that all projects maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Before coming to Michigan Saves, Todd taught earth science and building trades at the high school and community college levels for over 20 years. He currently serves on the board of the Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association.
