Bruce Hagen started working in weatherization for Dakota Prairie Community Action Agency in Devils Lake in 1982. In September 2009, Bruce took a position with the North Dakota Department of Commerce as a Residential Energy Specialist and in 2013 he became Weatherization Program Manager. He also oversees the Building Code/ADA Program, Third Party Inspection Program, Manufactured Home Installation/SAA Program, and the Energy Conservation Grant for Public Buildings. Bruce currently serves as the WAP Chair for the NASCSP Board of Directors, is a member of the Energy OutWest Board of Directors and serves on the NREL Standard Work Specifications Maintenance Committee.
