John (Jack) Wilson is a Consultant/Instructor at NSSC at Penn College. His background is in both the commercial and residential building sectors, specifically the HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades in installation and management capacities. Jack is a technical expert and Pennsylvania-certified instructor for building science and energy conservation courses that apply to both the commercial and residential building sectors. Jack instructs nearly 30 courses, including Building Operator Certification (BOC) Level I, Commercial Building Re-tuning, OSHA Construction Industry, EPA Certified Lead Renovator, several Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications including BPI Multifamily, and a variety of courses toward state and national certifications for Weatherization Installer Technician, Crew Leader, Energy Auditor, and Quality Control Inspector. He is a subject matter expert in combustion safety training and is a BPI Proctor.
