Alice Rosenberg is a Senior Program Manager at Consortium for Energy Efficiency. Alice is the Residential Sector Lead at CEE and oversees activities of the Residential Whole House Committee, which covers efforts related to existing homes, new construction, envelope/windows, and integrated/connected homes. Within these areas, she facilitates members to build consensus positions and identify roles where bi-national consistency can significantly impact the market. Her technical expertise includes building envelop, air sealing, windows, attachments and coverings, insulation, and building systems. Alice holds a Bachelors of Arts from Colgate University and a Masters of Architecture from M.I.T.
