Presenters will share innovative approaches to serving low income and moderate income households. Attendees will hear best practices that spotlight delivering value at a low cost and how programs are reducing energy loads while making homes more energy efficient, healthier, safer, and more comfortable for both single and multifamily properties. Presentations will describe how a utility is creating new partnerships with outside funding sources to serve more customers and achieve deeper energy savings and explore non-energy benefits and the value they create for customers. Presenters will also share how innovative financing products are making energy efficiency improvements available to low-moderate income households . These programs and tools create new opportunities for improving access to the benefits of energy efficiency to low- and moderate-income customers.
