In this session, our presenters will take a look at multifamily projects from several programs across the country, particularly looking at how programs differ when offering prescriptive incentives and whole building pathways. Along the way, focusing on some of the advanced measures (from either category) that are gaining popularity in MF buildings. For each scenario, we’ll discuss how decisions were made, what value propositions were introduced, what incentives or financial benefits were associated, and what the results look like. As a part of this session, presenters will direct questions to the audience about alternative options and results seen or desired from others in the field.
