As Home Performance and HVAC continue to merge, we all know why it should be done, but there isn't much info on how it can be done. This session will provide a foundation of a "How To" guide book to help bring these two industries together. Performance Contracting is now helping HVAC companies installations perform better, reduce call backs and keep clients healthy, comfortable and efficient. This also opens new avenues for HP contractors to work with one or several HVAC companies, which is where the client list already exists. If HP contractors are looking for low to no cost client acquisition, this is the path they should be considering. With having worked with two HVAC companies in the last 5 years setting up their Performance Contracting divisions, one from scratch and one to bring a floundering division poised to attain $1M in sales within the third year, a path has been forged to keep this movement going forward.
