Every successful business relies on having enforceable contracts and employees who perform those contracts. But writing contracts is not always easy, even for lawyers. This presentation also will address at a basic level common employment law issues, including wage/hour compliance, independent contractor relationships, avoiding discrimination claims, and document retention practices.
