Monitoring and WAP evaluation is an integral part of understanding how your weatherization network is performing. When those key elements reveal room for improvement, it is time to take action. This session will explore how Michigan's WAP leadership utilized a Weatherization Change Vision strategy to revamp their WAP operations. From development of a Weatherization Leadership Team to the establishment of a Weatherization Training Center this session will examine the possibilities when everyone joins forces with a desire to move to the next level of performance.
