How to identify and use the key metrics for your business to understand efficiency, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. We will discuss what numbers we measure and why we chose those KPI (key performance indicators), how we track them by keeping it simple and making it part of our existing processes/checklists. We will also discuss what we do with those numbers: how we share KPIs with our staff, how we make business decisions based on the data, and how that data helps us to implement change for better building performance.
