The WAP Grantee and Sub-grantee Relationship - Why Is It Important?

There often seems to be confusion regarding the roles and responsibilities associated with managing and implementing the WAP. Who gets to make the rules? What is DOE's role? The Grantee's role? The Sub-grantee's role? Developing a clearer understanding of these roles and responsibilities will go a long way toward improving and enhancing WAP performance. Once the roles and responsibilities are realized, your WAP Network can concentrate on the areas where program implementation can be improved instead of dwelling on things outside of their control to change. Attend this session with the intent to better understand the workings of the WAP at every level.
