This session will dive into the chain of WAP monitoring from DOE to the State to local WAP Agencies to Crews and Contractors. What does the Department of Energy require from State WAP Grantees when it comes to Programmatic and Technical monitoring? Why is monitoring critical to the Weatherization Assistance Program? Contractors and installers will learn the answers to these questions from a new perspective. This session will also give contractors an overview of WAP Standard Work Specifications, Field guides, policies and procedures manuals and more.
