In this session we will analyze and dissect strategies that you and your organization can implement to increase sales now. This will not be theory based, rather you will come away with specific resources, guidelines, and templates for use in your business.
The first half of the session will special place emphasis on two main topics: Pipeline Management and Closing.
As professional salespeople it is critical that we understand, the more we sign deals at the table, the less follow-up we will have. However, the more we follow-up, the more deals we sign…the two must go hand in hand! We recognize that not all Home Performance companies have the same business model, so for each of these aspects of selling we will breakdown processes that work regardless of your sales approach.
In the second half of the session, we will open the floor to you, the attendees.
Any sales subject or strategy you would like to discuss is on the table, no topics are off limits, including politics and religion. Just kidding, of course those are off limits, that’s Sales 101. But seriously, our goal is for each one of you to get the most out of this session -- so come prepared with all your burning questions or frustrations, and we’ll give you all our tips, tactics and perspectives to help you sell more jobs!
