In this extremely interactive, problem-based learning session, we’ll step through an actual NEW case where the child has asthma. A family has been referred to you because they have concerns about their home and believe its impacting their child’s asthma. Participate in this session and learn how to determine what you can do and should not do! Attendees will evaluate the issues in the case, what the home assessment found. What can be interpreted from a visual assessment vs. testing of the environment? We’ll discuss how to communicate effectively with clients and identify common home interventions can result in immediate benefit to the family.
This is part 2 of 4 Healthy Home Assessment Essentials Workshop. They complement each other and work as independent sessions
