Michael Lin, MD, MPH, is an infectious diseases physician and Associate Professor of Medicine at Rush University Medical Center. As a healthcare epidemiologist and investigator, he has worked with the support of the CDC Prevention Epicenters Program to improve the surveillance of healthcare-acquired infections and study the epidemiology of multidrug-resistant organisms, particularly carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE).
