Consulting Specialist- NACCHO Programs
Tahlia Gousse, MPH, CHES is a Consulting Specialist at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). In this role, she manages NACCHO's fee-for-service portfolio and helps to curate experiential trainings for local health departments and public health partners in areas related to workforce development, research and evaluation and performance improvement. She holds a Master of Public Health from Florida International University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. With nearly ten years of experience in public health, her work has primarily focused on local public health capacity building, community resilience, and leadership training and education across a variety of public health sectors. Ms. Gousse is trained in Adaptive Leadership, a practical framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and succeed in challenging environments as well as a Certified Associate in Emergenetics, a thinking and behavioral assessment, that supports team communication and valuing differences.
