This presentation illustrates available resources and strategies that may positively impact the well-being of the Puerto Rican population. A model that is currently being used successfully in other jurisdictions and can be replicated in those that are not using it.
At the same time it illustrates mechanisms so diverse professionals can render services in a coordinated way. It is necessary to emphasize the genuine voluntary interest of these professionals, whose mission is to promote the welfare of their communities.
