Education Abroad professionals continue to evolve throughout their careers. What does this mean for our field? What should you consider before making a move? How do you determine possible options? Engage with colleagues who have successfully navigated career transitions and learn how to effectively assess your personal situation and position yourself to achieve your long-term professional goals. The facilitators will provide the context around the discussion, and meaningfully engage the audience in self-assessment as well as proactively share their personal best practices for professional advocacy and career advancement.
