Dr. Cathy J. Reback is a Senior Research Scientist with Friends Research Institute. Her research focuses on the intersectionality of sexual and gender minority populations, substance use and HIV. Dr. Reback has worked with trans women since 1995, serving as Principal Investigator or Co-investigator on multiple research protocols and service programs. Additionally, she has served on several local and national task forces and committees.
