Cathy Kapua has served the transgender community as a Peer Educator and Employment Specialist at Kulia Na Mamo, and HIV Prevention Specialist at the Life Foundation. She has advocated for the transgender community for more than a decade through programing and culturally competent trainings throughout the U.S. She's most proud to be a role model for the transgender community in Hawaii.
