Elliot Popoff, MPH, is a Project Coordinator in the Department of Health Behavior & Health Education at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. He is currently leading a training and technical assistance program for health care providers working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and young adults on issues related to mental health and substance use and is engaged in health care access research with transgender and non-binary communities.
