Cara Cheevers is the Policy Director at One Colorado Education Fund, the state's leading advocacy and lobbying organization for LGBTQ Coloradans and their families. She oversees the organization's health program and executes its regulatory and research policy agendas. Cara holds a Master of Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Spanish Language from Western Michigan University.
