Nicole Bowles black transsexual women who resides in the Bronx. Nicole came to Exponents in early 2013 she formed Exponents’ Transformation support group for women of transgender experience. Nicole has worked closely with senior management to develop, implement several trans-specific programs. A job readiness/retention, programming for women detained in the Transgender Housing Unit in the NYC DOC. Ms. Bowles is also a member of the NYSDOH-AIDS Institute’s TGNC Advisory Board Ms. Bowles is the recipient of the Octavia St Laurent TransActivist, and the Marsha P. Johnson Activist.
