OHSU Transgender Health Program
Emma Blackwell is a volunteer with the OHSU Transgender Health Program and is chairwoman of The Blackwell Foundation. At The Blackwell Foundation, she works with medical and mental health providers to increase access to healthcare for transgender individuals. Emma serves on the Committee for Trans-Affirming Practices at the University of Georgia and delivers training for educators, students, mental health and medical professionals. Emma is a Certified Nurse Assistant studying to become a Registered Nurse with the goal of providing informed healthcare to the LGBTQ+ population.
