Alisha Berry is a fourth year MD/MCR student at OHSU working towards their Master’s in Clinical Research. Their current project focuses on the experiences of non-binary trans people. They participated in helping create and develop OHSU’s Transgender Health Program. As a student they worked with the THP and SOM to improve the quality and quantity of LGBTQ curriculum and were a leader of the LGBTQ student interest group. They are a longtime advocate and activist who continues to be very involved within their academic community and the larger queer and trans community in which they live.
