• Participants will be able to describe the genesis, objectives, and outcomes of the collaboration between San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Child and Adolescent Center at UCSF.
• Participants will be able to appreciate the unique challenges of a capacity building collaboration between an academic medical center and large city in serving trans, gender creative, and non-binary youth.
• Participants will be able to share and apply best practices in healthcare services to trans, gender creative, and non-binary youth and families in the community.
