While implementing and facilitating HIP scripted interventions to transgender populations it is important to create healing spaces that will not be written into the intervention. While maintaining the fidelity of the intervention, you create the healing spaces utilizing a trauma informed approach. This workshop seeks to build upon the participants facilitation skills already learned while being culturally competent and from a trauma informed approach aware of the needs of the transgender population.

• Facilitate Scripted HIP interventions with fidelity while creating healing spaces for transgender participants.
• Utilize masterful facilitation techniques to maintain control of intervention sessions.
