The Impact of Trauma onTransgender Communities

 

Learning Objectives:

• As a result of workshop participation, attendees will be able to clearly define trauma (complex. vicarious, etc.)
• Post workshop, participants will have an increased understanding of the trauma-related experiences of transgender individuals.
• Participants will leave the workshop with tools to employ to help community members understand and acknowledge past/current trauma and begin the healing process
