This workshop will provide attendees with ideas and strategies that will help expand programming and services geared towards helping the trans and gender nonconforming communities as a whole.

 

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will learn how to design an all gender inclusive, trans peer lead department focused on the needs of the trans and GNC community.
• Participants will understand the importance of connecting all community members to the quality care and resources that they need.
• Participants will demonstrate their ability to apply this concept to their own organizations and develop comprehensive trainings ensuring inclusivity for clients of all gender identities.
