This workshop will explore the implementation of an evidence-informed intervention for transgender women living with HIV, Healthy Divas. Attendees will learn the intervention’s core elements designed to empower transgender women to identify and accomplish individualized health care goals related to gender affirmation and HIV. Three geographically diverse HIV service organizations will offer lessons learned during preliminary implementation of this intervention.

 

Learning Objectives:

• Upon completion, participants will have a better understanding of the Healthy Divas Intervention.
• Upon completion, participants will gain knowledge of the intervention activities and address socio-economic factors that may affect engagement.
• Upon completion, participants will be able to identify how their organization can support the successful implementation of Healthy Divas, including accessing technical and capacity building assistance.
