There are many youth and adults who identify as both transgender and autistic/neurodivergent. This panel of four trans autistic/ neurodivergent individuals will provide attendees insight into the experiences of neurodivergent transgender people, including experiences with mental and medical health care, community services, and research about the trans autistic experience. Panelists include people with professional experience in education, activism, social services, and mental health.

Learning Objectives:

• Upon completion, participant will be able to describe how myths and assumptions about autistic and/or otherwise neurodivergent people negatively affect health care, community support, and research design and objectives.
• Upon completion participants will be able to Identify five ways mental and/or medical health care can be made more accessible and responsive to transgender neurodivergent youth and adults.
• Upon completion, participants will be able to Identify three ways to make community programs and services more accessible to and inclusive of trans autistic people.
