Transgender adolescents are reaching adulthood. Some have been on puberty blockers and hormones, some on just hormones, some are choosing gender affirming surgeries, and some have chosen no medical intervention. What are some of the issues that medical and mental health providers need to be thinking about as they support transgender youth from childhood through adolescence and into adulthood?
