Because habits drive so much of our daily activity, if we want to lead a team of fully engaged employees, we need to develop leadership habits that help us do that. Every human has habits. Often, we can probably separate them into: habits that support our future self, those that help us move toward our goals and aspirations, and habits that do not support our future. When we combine what we’re capable of with habits that support success, we begin to unlock our full potential. That’s when we amaze ourselves and inspire others
