Representatives from ACL and The Arc policy staff. will discuss updates on the approval of state transition plans for the HCBS rule as well as how specific settings are coming into compliance. There will be discussion of the real world impact of these rule changes and how individuals, providers and families are working toward the necessary changes. Best practices will also be discussed.
