Completed a B.Sc (Biology) and B.PHE (Physical and Health Education) from Queens University. Completed a M.Sc (Exercise Physiology) at the University of British Columbia (Kelowna Campus) before pursuing Internal Medicine and subsequently Hematology/Oncology subspecialty residency at the University of Calgary. Won the Frederick (Freddy) Hargreave Clinical Research Award for first place research poster at the Canadian Thoracic Society student poster competition, Division of the American Thoracic Society for my project on the sensory and affective dimensions of dyspnea during exercise in patients with COPD. Advanced lymphoma fellowship started July 2019 at BC Cancer in Vancouver, British Columbia.
