Vice President Clinical Services
Over the last 5 years I have led the Brooks Rehabilitation Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative. National speaker on post acute strategies for success in value based care. This initiative allowed me to lead clinical teams throughout our system to identify strategies for our Medicare patients to have improved outcomes with lower cost. The program revolutionized our system and our culture. Through the initiative we used Lean thinking to assess our workflows and develop system wide standards. Prior to this initiative I served as our compliance and quality Vice President as well as Director over our outpatient services and Manager of the Occupational Therapy Department. Graduated in 1980 from Virginia Commonwealth University - Medical College of Virginia with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Attended University of North Florida to obtain my Masters in Healthcare Administration. .
