Jason Hugentobler is a physical therapist on the orthopedic and sports physical therapy team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He received his Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy from The College of Mount Saint Joseph and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee. Jason completed the sports residency program at CCHMC from 2010-2011, received his Sport Certified Specialist (SCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, and serves as the Director of the Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program. Jason has served on Evidence-Based Practice Teams within the Division of OT/PT at CCHMC, is the leader of the CCHMC TRACK TBI team aimed at improving standardization and outcome assessment for youth after concussion/mTBI, and lectured regionally and nationally on a multitude of topics including concussion over the last 10 years. He has participated in several grant-funded research projects around the topic of concussion and mild traumatic brain injury in youth, has published several articles on youth and concussion, as well as contributed to other publications in print on matters of concussion. Jason also serves as an adjunct professor at Mount Saint Joseph University and University of Cincinnati teaching the concussion special topics class and musculoskeletal courses.
