Yun-Ju Lee received her PhD in Biomechanics from VU University Amsterdam, Netherlands after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy and Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from Chang Gung University, Taiwan. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. Her research interests are related to biomechanics, ergonomics, motor control and rehabilitation. Dr. Lee primarily focuses on identifying mechanisms of perturbations-induced postural asymmetry in pushing to gain new perceptions of body symmetry/asymmetry for developing different approaches in ergonomics and rehabilitation. She is also actively involved in investigating changes in balance control and muscle performance in older adults and individuals with neurological disorders. She is a member of the International Society of Biomechanics, International Society of Motor Control and Ergonomics Society of Taiwan.
