Modeling fiber hold er and print it with 3D printer, combining with f unctional NIRS and electromyography ( EMG )),
studying the relationship between changing in total hemoglobin and EMG when calf muscle contract on healthy
person , aim to facilitate flo w of blood from the periphery back to the heart with electrical stimulation through a FES
controller on lower limb.
· Using microelectrode to study the electric field effect on epithelial cells and brain stem cells, refer to BBB ( Blood
Brain Barrier) now ob served micro electric field did effect cells’ RNA and proceed control test.
· Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) electroencephalography (EEG) combining with potentiometric photoacoustic
imaging to study mice’s brain pattern and brain blood flow during electri cal stimulation.
· U sing brain and muscle EEG, NIRS and electromyography (EMG) to study blood flow changing during different
exercise in physical frail patient going to aging people’s home or senior center to collect the data.
