This session will provide an in-depth analysis of the current understanding of the benefits of exercise/physical activity in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. This will be followed by practical information on exercise testing and test interpretation as a basis for an evidence based exercise prescription with information on how to develop the exercise prescription. The last presentation in the session will provide a state-of-the-art review and practical information on promotion of exercise and physical activity in patients with Multiple Sclerosis.
