Telehealth is changing service delivery in the field of rehabilitation and improving access to care for a variety of patient populations. In order to deliver care in the virtual world, various regulatory policies and clinical best practices must be understood. Decision making processes based on patient presentation, condition, and evidence-based screening tools will be described. Presenters will describe some of the challenges they faced, and ultimately overcame, as well as clinical pearls garnered from years of practice providing telerehabilitation services. Attendees will learn how to use the evidence to aid in clinical decision making in telerehabilitation across various patient populations.
