Timothy Caulfield, Canada Research Chair in Health Law and Policy at the University of Alberta, is the host and creator of the popular Netflix series A USER'S GUIDE TO CHEATING DEATH, now in its second season, with a third in the works. The "slick" series (per The Globe and Mail) features Caulfield jumping in and subjecting himself to some of the wellness fads sweeping the planet today, and has gone a long way towards conveying on Caulfield a certain level of celebrity he's using in counter-messaging some of Hollywood's latest medical pronouncements. For his academic body of work in stem cells, genetics, research ethics, and the public representations of science and health policy, Caulfield has been appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada
