Parkinson's disease (PD) is a multisystem and multifaceted neurodegenerative disorder. Management of PD must address its multiple dimensions and frequently necessitates an interdisciplinary, team-based strategy. This symposium will discuss the development, implementation, and findings from novel rehabilitation programs for PD at the Shirley Ryan Abilitylab and their contributions to rehabilitation science and care. Topics covered will include knowledge translation and implementation research, programmatic experience, data presentation, and the translation of science-driven care into current and future clinical practices of interdisciplinary care in PD.
