Dr. Hoffman will provide an overview on the study and the development of the pragmatic comparative effectiveness trial in TBI rehabilitation, Ms. Cole will discuss the role of the TCM and present common needs and barriers identified in the initial year of the trial, and Dr. Driver will review the process by which the VHA model was translated to a civilian population and the efforts undertaken to develop and assess fidelity to this patient-focused individualized intervention.
