Dr. Novack received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Memphis State University after completing a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Wake Forest University and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William & Mary. He completed an internship in clinical psychology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Novack is Board Certified in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology. He has received external funding from the Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, and National Institute for Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation. He has served as Project Director for the UAB TBI Model System program for 20 years. He is a Board Member of the Alabama Head Injury Foundation and a member of the Alabama Head Injury Task Force sponsored through the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.
