Lauren Krivitzky, PhD, ABPP-CN, is a pediatric neuropsychologist in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at MCP-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, her clinical internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University, and her post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Dr. Krivitzky provides consultation and evaluation services to children and their families within the multidisciplinary Pediatric Stroke program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Through her role in this program, she will provide brief assessment, consultation, and psycho-education to families both in the outpatient clinic setting and during their acute hospitalization stay and indirect support to the pediatric stroke team. Dr. Krivitzky is also the training director for the neuropsychology program and Director of the Psychology Externship and Fellowship Programs in Psychology at CHOP.
