Kathryn Duke, OTD, is an occupational therapist and researcher whose work focuses on self-management of chronic physical and mental health conditions and meaningful employment outcomes for people with disabilities from multicultural backgrounds. She is the program manager for the federally-funded Partners of Refugees in Illinois Disability Employment (PRIDE) project, which supports refugees with disabilities to pursue their desired employment pathways by means of PRIDE’s culturally- and linguistically-appropriate curriculum and its partnerships with a variety of government and community-based organizations.
